🚚 Auspost and other courier services are experiencing major shipping delays due to COVID-19 local restrictions and increased volumes in online shopping across the country. Parcel volumes are as much as Christmas 2020! 🎁🎄😯

🚚 Social distancing 🧍🏻‍♂️↔️🧍🏻‍♀️are in place and courier services are working around the clock⏱ in order to cope with the surge in delivery volumes while doing it safely so kudos to them working so hard to ensure our parcels arrives safely. 📦📬👏🏻

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗺𝗲?
📦 If you place an order from us and have chosen standard shipping or eligible for free shipping, please allow extra time for your order to arrive.😊 if you noticed your tracking status has not moved for days, don't panic! 🥵 We track your parcels as much as you do and we do a dance when an order arrives safely! 💃🏻 Delivery scans are slower during delays and if you don't see an update doesn't mean your parcel is not moving, just slower. 🐌 If you have not received your parcel 4 weeks after placing your order, contact us via email or DM and we will help to contact the courier company and investigate further! 🕵🏻‍♀️

📦 Alternatively, if you need to receive an order urgently, we recommend choosing express post when checking out as they are still the quicker than standard post eventhough next business day delivery is currently suspended. 😖

📮 To help with this situation, we can only aim to dispatch your orders as quick as possible but note that once your order is lodge at the post office or picked up by courier services, the delivery speed is out of our hands. 🖐🏻😖 We sometimes try to go for alternative courier services for VIC orders instead of Auspost so your item may reach you quicker! ✌🏻😊
